Please Support Our Helene Relief Efforts

JFS of WNC is working hard to make our services available to the community as quickly as possible. If you or someone you know is in need of food, our food bank is now open with limited non-perishable items. We are asking for your support in donating non-perishable food items or monetary donations to help us continue this support.

Monetary donations can be made online below - please note "Helene" when making your donation.

We are also accepting non-perishable food items like peanut butter, tuna, canned vegetables at the JFS of WNC office.

We are currently planning to open our office from 9:00 am to Noon, for donation drop-offs or pick-ups. However, please check-back on our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the devastation in this area, and we will continue to update you on our availability to support the community. Please stay safe and off the roads as much as possible.

Healing Solutions Counseling
Accessible in-person or virtual therapy with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Insurance accepted.
Sliding scale available.

Case Management
Provided by a professional Social Worker who conducts individual assessments, along with goal-planning and guided access to appropriate resources.

Food Pantry
A wide variety of nutritious items for any individual or family needing temporary assistance.

Spiritual Care and Healing
Direct spiritual care, comfort, and counseling to individuals who are ill, in crisis, or near the end of their lives.

Emergency funding
Assistance to individuals and families with temporary needs for rent, utilities, and other crisis situations.
