Faye's Place Elder Club
Companionship, art, music, exercise, social dining and more. And much-need respite for caregivers, too!

Healing Solutions Counseling
Accessible in-person or virtual therapy with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Insurance accepted.
Sliding scale available.

Case Management
Provided by a professional Social Worker who conducts individual assessments, along with goal-planning and guided access to appropriate resources.

Food Pantry
A wide variety of nutritious items for any individual or family needing temporary assistance.

Senior Care Management

Led by experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers, ensures loved ones receive quality care while helping families navigate the complexities of aging.

Emergency funding
Assistance to individuals and families with temporary needs for rent, utilities, and other crisis situations.
